The Golden Hour Spritz

A bright yet warming spritz with depth and elegance. Amaro Montenegro’s citrusy, herbal notes mingle with the tart complexity of grapefruit shrub, balanced by a touch of salinity that sharpens the flavors. Prosecco adds a crisp sparkle while Angostura bitters bring a subtle spice. Finished with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice, it’s aromatic, refreshing, and layered—an inviting choice for the cooler seasons.

• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

• 1 oz Liber & Co. Grapefruit Shrub

• 1.5 oz Amaro Montenegro

• 5 drops saline solution, or a pinch of salt!

• Prosecco

• Soda water

• Garnish: Rosemary Sprig, grapefruit slice

Instructions:

Combine Ingredients in a glass over ice and stir gently to combine. Garnish and enjoy!

* Mocktail edit! Replace the amaro with N/A Vermouth and prosecco with N/A prosecco.
