Christmas In Heaven

Warm hazelnut, bright lemon, and a touch of festive pomegranate create a silky, snow-like texture over a clean rum backbone. It tastes like holiday nostalgia with an elegant twist.

  • Egg white

  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon juice

  • ¾ oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur

  • ½ oz 1-1 Simple Syrup

  • 1 barspoon pomegranate molasses 

  • 2 oz Plantation 3 Star Rum

  • 5 drops saline

Instructions:

  1. Combine the egg white, Pom molasses, lemon juice, syrup, frangelico, and rum in a mixing glass.

  2. Perform a reverse dry shake: Shake first with ice, hawthorne strain (discard ice), then shake again without ice.

  3. Fine Strain into a coupe glass.

  4. Express an orange peel on top of the foam, then clip on the side of the glass.

Mocktail Edit:

Replace egg with:

    • ½ oz Lemon Juice

    • 2 oz Earl Gray tea

    • 1 oz seedlip spice 94

    • ½ oz Hazelnut Syrup 

    • Keep everything else the same
