The Basil cucumber G&T
3 slices of cucumber
1/2 lime, cut into pieces
4-6 leaves of fresh basil
3/4 oz Liber & Co. tonic syrup
3/4 oz Sipsmith London Dry Gin
Soda water
Garnish: cucumber ribbon, basil sprig
Instructions:
Combine lime pieces in a highball glass and muddle until juice is expressed. Add cucumber slices and basil and gently muddle a second time. Add tonic syrup, gin and ice, and stir until cold and combined. Top with Soda water and gently stir a final time to combine. Garnish with ribbon and basil sprig!
