First up is the Chai Carajillo Espresso Martini, a smooth, spiced twist on the classic espresso martini. This cocktail combines velvety espresso with the warming spices of chai and a hint of Licor 43, delivering the perfect balance of sweetness and kick.

Dirty Chai Carajilo

  • 1 oz Liquor 43

  • 2 dashes Barrel Roll Bar Essentials Chai Bitters

  • 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila

  • 1.5 oz fresh espresso

  • 5 drops saline (salt) solution (or just a pinch!)

Instructions:

Combine Ingredients In a shaker tin, add espresso, licor 43, tequila, bitters, and saline. Next shake vigorously with ice for about 10-15 seconds. Quickly double strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with 3 whole cloves. Enjoy!

Next, we’ll shake things up with the Chipotle Margarita Negra, a smoky, spicy margarita with a dark twist—infused with chipotle and espresso for a rich, robust flavor. And for those who prefer to skip the tequila, we offer a rum swap, bringing an equally delicious depth to this creative cocktail.

Chipotle Margarita Negra

  • 2 dashes chipotle bitters

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1/2 oz Agave Syrup

  • 1 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur

  • 1 oz Blanco Tequila

  • Salt+Tajin for the rim

Instructions:

Rim a rocks glass with salt and/or Tajin Chili Lime Seasoning. Optionally “rinse” The glass with smoky mezcal. Add a large ice cube. Combine Ingredients: In a shaker tin, add bitters, lime, agave, liqueur, and tequila. Shake vigorously with ice for about 10-15 seconds. Quickly double strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with dried chili threads or a lime wheel. Optionally spray smoking mezcal on top! Enjoy!
