Tequila Class

Rum

Explore the vibrant world of tequila in our Tequila Cocktail Class, where we’ll dive into the rich flavors and versatility of this beloved agave spirit. You’ll learn about the nuances of tequila and mezcal and discover how to bring out its best in two unique and unforgettable cocktails.

We’ll kick things off with the Almond Paloma, A bright and complex highball with layers of citrus, spice, and nuttiness.

The Almond Paloma

Combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, ginger syrup, and toasted almond bitters in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a highball glass, then fill the glass with fresh ice and top with soda water. Express a grapefruit peel over the drink and garnish with the peel, a lime wheel, and a sprig of mint. Add a straw and serve immediately.

Next, we’ll mix up the Mole Margarita Negra, an extraordinary coffee-infused margarita that combines the richness of dark coffee with the bright, zesty notes of tequila and lime, and chocolaty notes of mole—perfectly balancing bold and refreshing flavors.
