Step into a tropical escape with our Tiki Cocktail Class, where we'll dive into the vibrant world of tiki mixology and create two exotic cocktails that bring a splash of paradise to any occasion.


We’ll start with the Dragonfruit Mai Tai, a show-stopping twist on the tiki classic, made the right way with fresh lime, orgeat, curaçao, and a pop of dragonfruit for a stunning color.

Dragonfruit Mai Tai

1/2 Oz dragonfruit purée (we find this at fresh thyme market in the freezer section)

3/4 Oz Freshly Squeezed lime juice

3/4 Oz orgeat syrup. Shop.

1/2 Oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao

2 Oz Havana Club Dark Rum, or another dark rum.

Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake hard with ice for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a glass with fresh ice and garnish with a spent lime wheel, fresh mint, and a dragonfruit chip.

Next up is the Tradewinds, a creamy, dreamy blend of coconut and apricot that captures the essence of island breezes with every sip, balancing tropical sweetness with a smooth, refreshing finish.

The Tradewinds

1 oz Koloa Kauai Dark Rum 

1 oz Plantation 3 Star White Rum 

½ oz Giffard Apricot Liqueur 

¾  Coco lopez coconut cream

1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice 

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin. Crush 5 scoops of ice and perform a whip shake. Open pour into a tiki mug and top the rest of the way with crushed ice. Dash angostura bitters on top of the dome of crushed ice until the top is stained red and aromatic. Garnish with skewered dried apricots, and a lime wheel.
