The Trinidad Sour
3/4 Oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 Oz Orgeat syrup. Shop Syrups
3/4 Oz Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
1.5 Oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin and shake hard with ice for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass, and garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
