First, dive into the Coffee & Lambrusco Spritz, a bold and aromatic mocktail that’s all about layers of flavor. The rich, velvety taste of Lyre’s Coffee Liqueur pairs beautifully with the fizzy brightness of non-alcoholic Lambrusco. Finished with a twist of orange peel and a fragrant sprig of rosemary, this drink is as visually striking as it is delicious.

Cafe Rosso Mocktail

Ingredients

1 oz Lyre’s Coffee Liqueur
5 drops saline solution (or a pinch of salt!)
Surely non alcoholic Lambrusco
Orange peel
Sprig of rosemary

Instructions

Add ice to a glass of your choosing, then pour in the Lyre’s Coffee Liqueur and saline solution. Gently top with non alcoholic Lambrusco and stir lightly to combine. Express an orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then garnish with the peel and a sprig of rosemary before serving.

Next, we’ll create the Big Dill Mocktail—a refreshing garden-inspired creation. This drink highlights the crispness of cucumber juice and the tang of lime, balanced with the subtle herbal notes of fresh dill. Topped with sparkling soda water and elegantly garnished with a cucumber ribbon and sprig of dill, it’s a light and invigorating sip that feels like a walk through a summer garden.
