INGREDIENTS:
1 lemon peel, expressed
1 oz high-quality white rum (@plantation.rum 3 Star preferred)
¾ oz Italicus Bergamot Liqueur (@italicusrdb)
1½ oz sake
5 drops 20% saline solution (or a small pinch of salt – optional)
¾ oz Midori melon liqueur
Optional: edible gold shimmer drops
INSTRUCTIONS:
Express the lemon peel into a mixing glass.
Add all remaining ingredients with ice.
Stir until well chilled and the glass is frosty.
Strain into a clear potion bottle or small glass.
Add a dash of edible glitter for shimmer (optional).
Serve straight from the bottle or pour into a cocktail glass to enjoy.
