Join us for a Dry January mocktail class that takes a truly culinary approach to non-alcoholic drinks. This class is perfect for anyone participating in Dry January, pregnant guests looking for pregnancy friendly activities in Indianapolis, or anyone curious about sophisticated, alcohol-free sipping that does not feel like an afterthought.

Mixo’s mocktails were recently featured in Indianapolis Monthly’s Dry January Series, and this class will highlight two thoughtfully crafted mocktails built with balance, texture, aroma, and technique in mind.

First, we’ll make the Cafe Rosso, a bold and aromatic mocktail layered with rich coffee notes from Lyre’s Coffee Liqueur, balanced by the lively fizz of non-alcoholic Lambrusco. Finished with orange peel and rosemary, it is complex, cozy, and deeply satisfying.

Next, we’ll create the Big Dill Mocktail, a bright, garden-inspired sip made with fresh cucumber juice, lime, and dill. Light, refreshing, and herbaceous, it is topped with sparkling soda water and finished with elegant garnishes that make it feel as good as it tastes.

As always, this is a hands-on, social experience. You’ll learn techniques you can use at home, taste thoughtfully prepared drinks, and enjoy a welcoming environment designed for connection and fun, no alcohol required.
