Our 2026 Galentine’s Cocktail Class: Rom-Com Edition is a hands-on experience designed for anyone who loves a great drink, a good story, and a night out that feels like the third act of your favorite romantic comedy.

You’ll learn how to craft two signature drinks, each inspired by beloved rom-com heroines:

🍸 The Clueless Cosmo – a flirty, confident twist on the classic cocktail
☕ The Sleepless in Espresso Martini – bold, smooth, and ready to steal the scene

Both drinks will also have thoughtfully crafted mocktail versions, so everyone can enjoy the moment — no matter what’s in your glass.

We’ll be serving rom-com themed light bites throughout the evening, because every great story needs great snacks. Think fun, elevated finger foods with a nod to your favorite cinematic moments.

As the drinks flow, a Guess Who? game will run in the background, where each guest is secretly assigned a legendary rom-com character. Throughout the night, you’ll ask diagnostic questions, piece together clues, and try to uncover who’s who — no pressure, just playful fun that adds a layer of charm to the evening.
