    Seasonal Fall/Winter 2024/2025

    Our Fall/Winter Seasonal Cocktail Class was a festive, hands-on experience celebrating the cozy flavors of the cooler months. Participants crafted two signature cocktails: the Pimento Spritzer, a bright blend of rum, pimento dram, bitters, and muddled lemon, and the Blood Orange Chai Egg White Sour, a rich, spiced cocktail with the warmth of chai and citrusy brightness of blood orange. It was the perfect way to embrace seasonal mixology and elevate holiday gatherings!

    Seasonal Spring/Summer 2024

    This class featured an incredibly refreshing sake mojito, and a luscious and complex watermelon sour . These cocktails are crowd-pleasers that everyone is sure to love, and demonstrate classic mixology techniques that utilize unique ingredients.     This seasonal class featured the Kiwi Creamsicle Egg White Sour, (did you know kiwi is in season in the winter??) and the Ango Spritz that tastes like cristmas in a glass.

    This summer class featured a refreshing and complex vermouth spritz that tastes like vanilla and cinnamon, as well as a cucumber, bergamont and gin egg white sour that is summer in a glass! These cocktails are crowd-pleasers that everyone is sure to love, and demonstrate classic mixology techniques that utilize unique ingredients.

    Whiskey Class

    This class is specifically designed to teach you how to mix cocktails with spirits in the whiskey category. This season features a Stout Old Fashioned, and a Passionfruit Whiskey Sour. You will learn classic techniques and whiskey-forward cocktails, it is perfect for the whiskey lover in your life!

    Tiki Class

    This tiki class featured a Sparkling Mai Tai from Smugglers Cove and a coffee/pineapple tiki cocktail called the Mr. Bali Hai!

    Tequila Class

    These two cocktails that showcase what is beautiful about agave spirits with twists on two of the classics, a Chipotle Margarita Negra (with coffee liqueur) and the Mezcal Guava Paloma!
